My suggestion is team territory must be  where is castle wild lvl 10 - 13 something like that .... and player attacking level range must be for pk level .... +- 10-13 lvl's
Red skull for loose all items even on 25 prayer ... I thing more players ( teams ) will come.
for now always 3 to 5 flats stay in the territory and waiting .. no one ( single ) will try to fight them and lose full rune + stuff even if T-Bank big ...
If will be level range for attacking players more players will come to kill or try to get bank chest.... ex. i will get my per or tank mage etc ....that will make more pking and more fun us all levels will be mixed
Another thing is to make lava, before bank chest to climb stones and u have to have like 30 or 40 agility to claim chest. ( in that way u will loose HP )
anyway for now i was 2 -3 times to team territory and no point to fight if my team is offline .

RSC skilling was for to get items like full rune 2h etc for PK ... now everyone just trying to get richer and richer more xp etc .... where is PK?!?!?!?! what is the point to have 10B 500 rune sets etc .... if not going to pk ???

I would lIke to see normal drops and then whatever isn't looted go into the bank chest after a certain amount of time has elapsed. It would give smaller teams a better chance.

Ok level restrictions apply what do you do if you have a team of lvl 30s and a team of 123s standing there? No one gets loot etc

lol if will be level restriction like -+15 lvls i will come with pure 45lvl and 3 hit all 30's team that will be fun because other team may bring 60's then other higer and again again again that will make always fight ....and random levels
For example i have pure 99 1 99 and here no one to fight ( dont forget i am from UK so most time i am playing and other EU players off peek times )

But you are right in that it is extremely problematic the way the team system works with that bank, and having to hold it for an hour to not have it all been for nothing

It would be more beneficial for the server in general, i think, if loot dropped under us like normally, so everyone could just get up and go, kill and loot what they can and get out. Raiding should be a viable option imo, it encourages smaller squads to get some action, rather than large teams primarily

Could just change the chest to hold a reward every hour for the team instead.

Like a supply crate, containing fish, runes, potions, GP, a chunk of xp, maybe a Rune set too?

That way pkers can make some money and resources from pking, just like skillers can skill for theirs. And there would still be an incentive for coming back and continuing to fight over it.

Edit: Well, i guess with the current population it might become a problem for the farmers and makers of these items, having generated items, so perhaps some 3rd incentive instead

The other option would be make the chest time shorter maybe 30 mins?

I would like to see only valuable items drop to the floor not food etc

I like some of the suggestions coming out of this thread. Personally, as mentioned above, I'd like to see rune sets drop inside the territory and a shorter timer for the chest. The reasons for this, and this is soley from my perspective, is sometimes I'll jump on at night to head out in the wild but I don't have the time to fight, muck around, and then wait an hour for the chest; I unfortunately just don't have that time in my life.

I like the ideas coming forward.

I like the idea of loot drops on ground.So solo pkers could benefit with pking in territory too.
Maybe the chest should only contain farmed items + amount of gp? Dont know if its possible to make it like that: GP amount in chest is connected with the amount of kills or fights in the territory during the 60min. So if theres much action going on the amount of GP is bigger.

I don't think anyone would be complaining if we made the following changes, after reading these posts and from the information and opinions I've gathered by taking to people in game;

Rune sets/armour/weapons etc from kill appear on ground in fort for 60-120 seconds. If not looted, it will automatically goto the chest. This has been suggested a lot before and I think it could bring back the age of the solo PKer. No longer do you NEED a team to have a chance at getting paid and getting out without having to sit around for 60-90 minutes.

Food kills? Everyone's 50/50 on that. I vote any food dropped upon death or from bank should not show up personally but I wouldn't mind either.

Make it so you have to be stood inside the bank chest area for 30 seconds before you're allowed to attempt to capture the chest or interrupt some bodies capture? Think everyone can agree people only coming back in the last 5 minutes to throw themselves at the chest, naked wearing shit gear just spam clicking the chest has most definitely become a bit stale.

Idk. I think these changes would be nice personally. Some good ideas all around in this thread

Anyway we can have some sort of cosmetic rare introduced that's only dropped in the fort? Maybe the rare also stays on the ground for a period of time before it goes into the chest.

Or every chest has a 50:1 chance of having the rare already in it, would increase fighting and chest value.
