Client for Windows Phones?

So, a friend of mine has a Windows Phone, i told him to download appropriate client at rscrevolution.com. Told me he doesnt have an android\pc. Is there such a client? And how can I help this friend?

Windows Phone isn't an android device to my knowledge, though there may be tools he could find on the Internet to try to let him run the APK.
