Delete character or reset it

I had issues going through the first door in the tutorial, and in the end I chose to skip the tutorial to see if that was the case. In retrospect I think it was todays server issues that caused this.
Is there some way I can return to start so that I can go through the tutorial?
I would like to keep my character name, but that's it.

Thanks, back in tutorial now.
However, it still seems buggy there.
When answering "No" to skip the tutorial, nothing happens. And now no of the guides wants to talk to me (nothing happens).
I can't open the door either.

Yeah, it seems buggy on my phone. Nothing happens if I press the logout button in the wrench menu either.
I have a Nexus 5 now, but maybe I should try the Galaxy S5 instead.
