allow players to charge in lvl 60+ wildy all the time please. &

during a dm I found out you cant charge since its lvl 67 wildy..
could this please be fixed?

could their also be a @red@your magic charge fades notice .. its kind of ruff not knowing when you are charged or not..

How are god spells allowed and you cant charge?
Or are you charging to use iban?


I like the idea of the 2nd opinion too, I never know but I think hardcore pkers may vote no because its rsc and you're supposed to keep mindful of that thus you're better at pking if you can.

Can use god spells but can't change on some days, and in rsc it tells you when "your magic charge fades"
